ABR Evaluators

Below you will find profiles of some of our 2011 evaluators.  College coaches that attend each event will also serve in the role as evaluators.

Marty Davis - Grew up in Clarksburg, WV and played baseball at Liberty High School.  Marty went on to play baseball at Marietta College where played in the DIII College World Series and earned Academic All-American Honors. 

Marty signed as a free agent contract with the Texas Rangers after his Junior year.  Marty is currently the CEO of AAA Baseball LLC and works as a pitching instructor with players at all levels.

Billy Reep - Grew up in Bridgeport, WV and played baseball at Bridgeport High School.  Billy played college baseball at WVU where he remains in the record book in several categories such as single season and career home runs.  Billy was WVU's MVP and was All-Conference in his Junior and Senior years. He was also the Atlantic-10 Conference MVP.  Billy went on to play professionally with the Sioux Falls Canaries in the Northern League. Billy has been a highly respected hitting instructor for over 15 years.  

Mark Cisar - Mark played high school baseball for Magnolia where he was All-State for 3 years.  Mark went on to play at Charleston Southern University in South Carolina where he earned All Big South Conf. honors 3 straight years.  Mark was voted Big South  "Player of the Year" his Junior year.  He signed with the Red Sox after his senior year and had a great minor league career inlcuding:

• Relief Pitcher of the Year (twice)
• Set save record in 1999
